Starting at 0:00 on October 16, Matsuya Foods will run a campaign returning d Points on online orders prepaid with d Payment at group stores including Matsunoya. The period runs through 23:59 on November 3. Orders of 800 yen or more (tax included) per transaction qualify, and entry during the period is required. The notice also states that the order date and time is what counts.

The Return Splits Into Two Tiers by Usage History

The award rate depends on usage history: customers who have used the service before receive +15% of the payment amount, while first-time or returning customers receive up to +20%. The notice image also states that what is granted is “d Points (limited period and use).”

Awards are capped at 300 points per transaction and 5,000 points in total over the period. Matsuya Foods says details on the award rate will be provided on the campaign page in the d Payment app.

Online Orders, Not the Ticket Machine

Eligible orders are those placed through the Matsuya Foods official app or the Matsuben Net mini app, paid by prepayment with d Payment. The body of the notice lists Matsuben Net, Matsuya Mobile Order, Matsuben Delivery, and the Matsuben Net mini app, while the notice image lines up four services under the label “Matsuya’s mobile order services”: Matsuben Net, Matsuya Mobile Order, Matsuben Delivery, and Matsuya Takeout (d Payment Mobile Order). All are routes where the order is placed and paid for in advance; paying at the counter does not meet the “prepayment” condition.

Eligible stores are Matsuya, Matsunoya, Mycurry Shokudo, Sushi Matsu, Matsuken Chuka Shokudo, Matsutaro, Steak-ya Matsu, Steak Set Meal & Rice Bowl Matsugyu, Mugi no Toriko, and Tukkun² nationwide (some stores excluded). The Narita Airport Terminal 3 store and stores inside parking areas are among those excluded.

Where the 800-Yen Minimum Sits

The “800 yen or more (tax included)” condition sits at a level where, in Matsunoya’s price range, a single item will not always reach it. The 690-yen PorkLoinCutlet and the 790-yen PorkLoinCutlet w/ Grated Radish listed on the official menu both fall short on their own. Among the set meals currently listed, the cheapest single item that clears 800 yen is the 890-yen Japanese Authentic Fried Chicken(5 Pieces). Side menu items such as Rice and Miso Soup with Pork and Vegetables run from 60 yen to 290 yen, so adding one makes the line easy to reach.

The Second Campaign Under the “6 Million Members Milestone”

This is the second campaign branded as the “Matsuya App 6 Million Members Milestone,” following the PayPay Coupon for the Matsuya app announced on September 29. The PayPay offer runs through October 31, so for the 16 days from October 16 to October 31 both are active. Because the payment methods differ, customers choose which one to use on a given order.

PayPay Coupon (announced September 29) d Payment (this time)
Period October 1–31, 2026 0:00 October 16 – 23:59 November 3, 2026
Return Up to 10% in points Up to +15% in d Points (up to +20% for first-time or returning customers)
Minimum 800 yen or more (tax included) 800 yen or more (tax included) per transaction
Cap 200 yen worth per transaction 300 points per transaction, 5,000 points total over the period

At the previous milestone, the “5 Million Members Milestone,” the initiatives for each payment method were announced together on the same date, November 14, 2025. The 6 million campaigns are split between September 29 and October 14, leaving a 15-day gap.

d Payment has run point-return campaigns repeatedly, generally lasting 14 to 20 days. This time’s 19 days falls on the long side. The add-on for “first-time or returning customers” uses the same distinction seen in the d Payment campaigns of June 2025 and May 2026.

Hm. First-timers and the long-absent take the biggest cut. Where does that leave the one who shows up every time.
