Matsunoya: Mobile Order Triple Points Moves to a Nine-Hour 14:00–23:00 WindowOct 26, 2026

Across Matsuya Foods brands including Matsunoya, a campaign running from 5:00 on October 20, 2026 to 10:00 on October 26 awards triple the usual Matsuya Points on orders placed through Matsuya Mobile Order. The multiplier applies to orders placed between 5 a.m. and 10 a.m. during the period. Points are determined by the order date and time, and Matsuben Net and Matsuben Delivery are excluded.

September’s triple points ran all day

The multiplier is the same, but the eligible time window is not. The September round covered the entire day, while this round narrows it to five morning hours. The notice image on the official website brands this round as Asatoku Mobile Order and states the eligible window as 5 a.m. to 10 a.m.

Matsuben Net has run the same kind of time-limited points boost: the round starting September 14 doubled points on pickups between 18:00 and 23:00. This time it is the reverse, with the morning hours covered.

The base rate being tripled runs 1–7% by membership rank

Matsuya Points accrue at a rate set by membership rank, and the notice image lists the rate for each rank alongside the conditions for ranking up. The standard rate for Matsuya Mobile Order ranges from 1% for Bronze Members to 7% for Diamond Members. Morning orders during the period earn triple that amount.

Rank is set for the following month based on total purchases over one month. The same table also lists Matsuben Net rates (6%–15%), but those fall outside this campaign.

Accumulated points can be used on Matsuben Net, Matsuben Delivery, and Matsuya Mobile Order orders at 1 point = 1 yen, in units of 10 points. New member registration comes with points worth 100 yen, limited to once per person.

Eligible stores are those nationwide among Matsuya, Matsunoya, Mycurry Shokudo, Matsuken Chuka Shokudo, Matsutaro, Steak-ya Matsu, Steak Set Meal Matsugyu, and Tukkun² that have Matsuya Mobile Order installed. Some locations are excluded, including the Narita Airport Terminal 3 store and expressway PA stores.

Matsuya Mobile Order is a feature of the Matsuya Foods official app that lets customers order from their seat by smartphone, skipping the ticket machine line, and pay by cashless means. The notice walks through the process in five steps.

Select “Matsuya Mobile Order” in the center of the screen (both dine-in and Bento can be chosen)

Choose items and tap “Proceed to Checkout” for the payment screen
