On October 26, 2026, Matsuya Foods announced the “Matsuya Mobile Order 14:00–23:00 Triple Points Campaign” in an official notice. From 14:00 on Tuesday, October 27 to 23:00 on Monday, November 9, 2026, customers ordering through Matsuya Mobile Order will receive triple the usual Matsuya Points. Matsunoya is among the eligible stores.

Eligible Orders Are Those Placed Between 14:00 and 23:00

During the period, only orders placed between 14:00 and 23:00 each day qualify, and the notice specifies that eligibility is determined by the date and time the order is placed. Orders through Matsuben Net and Matsuben Delivery are excluded.

The Time Window Has Shifted with Each Round

This is the third round of Matsuya Mobile Order triple points in the past two months. The multiplier (3x), the exclusions (Matsuben Net and Matsuben Delivery), and the conditions on eligible stores have been identical all three times. What changes is the eligible time window and the length of the period.

The previous round covered only five morning hours and ended at 10:00 on October 26. This round starts the next day at 14:00 on October 27 and widens the window to nine hours. At 14 days, the period is also longer than the previous time-restricted round, which ran for one week.

Eligible Stores

Eligibility covers Matsuya, Matsunoya, Mycurry Shokudo, Matsuken Chuka Shokudo, Matsutaro, Steak-ya Matsu, Steak Set Meal Matsugyu, and Tukkun² locations nationwide that have adopted Matsuya Mobile Order. Some stores are excluded, including the Narita Airport Terminal 3 store and expressway parking area stores.

The Standard Award Rate Depends on Membership Rank

The Matsuya Points award rate varies by membership rank. In the table attached to the notice, the Matsuya Mobile Order rate is 1% for Bronze Members, 3% for Silver, 4% for Gold, 5% for Platinum, and 7% for Diamond. Rank is set by total purchases over one month and applies to the following month’s rank. The notice lists the thresholds as 1,500 yen or more for Silver, 3,000 yen or more for Gold, 4,500 yen or more for Platinum, and 10,000 yen or more for Diamond.

Accumulated points can be used on Matsuben Net, Matsuben Delivery, and Matsuya Mobile Order orders at 1 point to 1 yen, in units of 10 points. New member registration earns everyone points worth 100 yen (once per person).

How to Order

Matsuya Mobile Order is a feature of the Matsuya Foods official app, letting customers order from their phone without using a ticket machine and pay by cashless payment.

A 15-Item Launch Slot Falls Within the Period

The period includes the launch slot at 15:00 on October 28, when 15 items such as the Minced Meat Cutlet w/ Demi-glace Sauce Set Meal are scheduled to join the Matsunoya menu. That 15:00 launch time sits inside the 14:00–23:00 eligible window.
