From 14:00 on Tuesday, October 27, 2026 to 23:00 on Monday, November 9, the “Matsuben Net 14:00–23:00 Points Up Campaign” will run. During the period, orders placed on the bento reservation site “Matsuben Net” and picked up between 14:00 and 23:00 earn double the usual Matsuya Points.
The notice carries the line “MATSUYA DELI Renewal Celebration!” in its title, but the body never explains what that renewal involves. There is no mention of any change to Matsunoya items or prices; the notice covers nothing but Matsuben Net point awards.
The basis is the pickup time, not the order time
The notice states plainly that “the eligible campaign date and time is based on the pickup date and time.” As written, an order placed before 14:00 still qualifies as long as the pickup falls between 14:00 and 23:00.

A time-limited points increase on the same Matsuben Net also ran from 18:00 on September 15 to 23:00 on September 28. This time the eligible window opens four hours earlier.
| This Time | September Matsuben Net Initiative | |
|---|---|---|
| Period | 14:00 October 27 – 23:00 November 9, 2026 | 18:00 September 15 – 23:00 September 28, 2026 |
| Eligible Time Window | 14:00–23:00 | 18:00–23:00 |
| Multiplier | 2x the usual | 2x the usual |
Separately, on the same October 26, another campaign was announced for Matsuya Mobile Order, tripling points awarded from 14:00 on October 27 to 23:00 on November 9. This Matsuben Net notice explicitly excludes “Matsuya Mobile Order” and “Matsuben Delivery,” so the multiplier now splits by how the order is collected.

Eligible stores are those that have adopted Matsuben Net
The campaign covers stores that have adopted Matsuben Net among Matsuya, Matsunoya, Mycurry Shokudo, Sushi Matsu, Matsuken Chuka Shokudo, Matsutaro, Steak-ya Matsu, Steak Set Meal & Rice Bowl Matsugyu, Mugi no Toriko and Tukkun² nationwide. Expressway parking area stores and the Narita Airport Terminal 3 store are excluded.
Accumulated points can be used on orders through Matsuben Net, Matsuben Delivery and Matsuya Mobile Order at 1 point = 1 yen, in units of 10 points. Alongside this, everyone who completes a new member registration receives points worth 100 yen (once per person).
Eight prepayment methods, PayPay among them
Matsuben Net prepayment accepts PayPay, d Payment, Rakuten Pay, au PAY, Merpay, Alipay+, WeChat Pay and credit cards. The notice says it “works out better than buying at the ticket machine.”

Ordering starts from “Order Here” in the app
The notice also lays out the ordering steps from the Matsuya Foods official app. Tap “Order Here” in the middle of the app, then pick Matsuben Net at the top of the list.

Next, choose the store and specify a pickup time. Select the items, move to the payment screen via “Proceed to Checkout,” choose a payment method, and finish with “Confirm Order.”

Since the pickup time you specify is what decides the multiplier, everything hinges on whether you land in the 14:00–23:00 slot.
A word from our Matsunoya novice
The ticket machine is the store's own machine. And the store is the one saying it loses.
